Boracay logs over 205K tourist arrivals in June

The number of tourists who visited the island of Boracay in Malay, Aklan reached more than 205 thousand in June 2025.

Based on data from the Municipal Tourism Office of Malay, the world-famous island welcomed a total of 205,310 visitors from June 1 to 30.

Of the number, 184,497 were domestic tourists; 17,752 were foreigners; and 3,061 were overseas Filipinos (OFs) and overseas Filipino workers (OFW).

Compared to the previous month, the figure went up by more than half. Boracay logged 98,749 tourist arrivals in May.

Boracay is known for its powdery white sand and crystal clear waters.IMT
