Hundreds of Filipinos in the UAE received support from over 10 Philippine government agencies through the Serbisyo Caravan led by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s administration.
Held on August 3 at Exhibition Hall 8 of the Dubai World Trade Center, accessible via the Dubai Metro Red Line, the event offered services from agencies including the Social Security System (SSS), Pag-IBIG Fund, PhilHealth, the Public Attorney’s Office, and the Philippine Consulate General.
The Serbisyo Caravan, first launched by First Lady Marie Louise Araneta-Marcos in Riyadh on July 18, aims to provide overseas Filipino workers with convenient access to government services such as legal aid, financial assistance, and welfare support.
In Dubai, the Filipino Social Club supported the event by deploying volunteers and assisting with event management.
The Serbisyo Caravan heads next to Saudi Arabia on August 8 in Jeddah , and Al Khobar on August 15.IMT
