As the nation ushers in the Lunar New Year, President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. called on Filipinos to match the Fire Horse’s courage and forward motion with discipline, hard work, and sound governance.
“I invite all Filipinos to move with purposeful haste — swift when necessary; measured when it matters most. Momentum can be energizing, but direction is what truly delivers results,” Marcos Jr. said.
He also stressed the need to protect fair opportunity and reliable public services while boosting productivity and stronger value chains.
Progress does not rest on symbolism alone but on prudent households, productive industries, and dependable public service working together to build a more prosperous and empowered Bagong Pilipinas, according to the President.
Calling the season a time for renewal, Marcos Jr. urged Filipinos to align personal and national efforts toward growth.
