President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. said the latest Tugon ng Masa (TNM) survey by OCTA Research affirms public support for his administration’s efforts to improve the lives of Filipinos.

Speaking at the Philippine National Police Academy’s 46th commencement rites in Silang, Cavite, Marcos Jr. said the survey results reflect growing public understanding of his policies.

“It just validates what we are doing. People are beginning to understand what we have been trying to do for the last two and a half years,” he told reporters. “It continues to inspire me because it shows that we are making progress. That’s always good to know.”

According to OCTA’s April 2025 TNM survey, Marcos Jr. is still the country’s most trusted government official, earning a 60% trust rating and a 59% performance rating.

While the report noted a slight dip in his performance rating, OCTA said the decline was not significant and emphasized continued public support.IMT
