Malacañang assured the public that over P103 million in proceeds from the auction of seven luxury vehicles seized from contractors Pacifico and Cezarah Discaya will be fully remitted to the national treasury as part of the administration’s anti-corruption drive.

Palace Press Officer Claire Castro said the auction—led by the Bureau of Customs (BOC) at South Harbor—follows President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s directive to recover public funds lost to anomalous flood control projects.

She stressed that the BOC, under Commissioner Ariel Nepomuceno, will turn over all proceeds to the government.

Castro said the auction marks the first step in recovering stolen funds, noting that the BOC is also investigating 14 construction firms linked to the corruption scandal.

“Isa itong patunay sa seryosong paghahabol ng Pangulo sa mga iligal na gawain ng mga korap sa pamahalaan,” she added.

The seized vehicles include a Toyota Tundra, Toyota Sequoia, Bentley Bentayga, Rolls-Royce Cullinan, Mercedes-Benz G500 Brabus, Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG, and a Lincoln Navigator L.IMT
