According to the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), there is no need yet for the Philippine government to implement a mandatory repatriation of OFWs amid the ongoing airstrikes.
“Apang bukas ang aton linya kag handa kita nga maghatag bulig sa mga migrant workers nga may kinahanglan nga assistance,” Treñas said.
The city government’s Public Employment Service Office (PESO) is working closely with Barangay Employment Service Officers (BESOs) in all barangays to intensify information dissemination and provide guidance to families of OFWs.

IMT
