West Visayas State University (WVSU) in La Paz, Iloilo City has produced 36 topnotchers in the November 2025 Nurses Licensure Examination.
With a score of 93.80 percent, WVSU graduates Johanna Marie Gerardo Acevedo and George Wilson Tan Escordial shared the No. 1 spot in the board exam.
Tied at fourth with a 93.20 percent rating were Ashleigh Gea Braza Abangan, Tisha Belle Panes Pacienfe, and Yi-Lin Balbon Wang.
Also on the list were Joanette Menosa Dalipe, Bianca Belle Galindez Grometes, Sharmaine Grace Agupalo Navarro, Bianca Marie Paro Rico, Ma. Stella Togabang Salomes, Aleia Nichole Maguate Tayo. They tied at fifth with a score of 93.00 percent.
The sixth spot was clinched by Patricia Aubrey Declaro Dr Justo with a rating of 92.80 percent. She tied with Krystel Anne Nicol Frebaldos De La Cruz, Aurela Dado Elgario, and Airis Abegail Locsin Serantes.
Sharing seventh place were Frederene Parrocho Javelona and Gwyneth Lope Tiongson with a rating of 92.60 percent.
Placing eighth were Glenmari Joiz Murzo Amedo, Charlize Dalida Baltazar, Michaela Millaro Catayas, Addison Jovann Almira Garrido, Vince Regil Yabillo Gravanza, Gayle Barrido Gumbao, Dvien Lehn Tebia Pacheco, and Berna Joy Penit Sorillo with a score of 92. 40 percent.
Althea Malunes De La Cruz, Kale Fanuga Epeleta, Nafritz Floyd Pastrana Matucan, Angelique Mar Alconilla Medina, Franchezca Leann Pigao Rovera, Ella Loevie Oppus Sugata-on, and Margie Tadia Tanato took the ninth place with a 92. 20 percent rating.
Hyle David Beloria Daduy, Shem Belonio Panganiban, Anton Miguel Dome Perucho, and Angel Lou Cenal Rala were No. 10. They garnered a score of 92.00 percent.
WVSU also posted a 100 percent passing rate, with all 122 graduates passing the board exam.
All in all, 45,192 or 90.0 percent of 45,192 passed the exam given in 21 testing centers across the country.
