A total of 184 individuals, including members of Indigenous Peoples communities, participated in a Theoretical Driving Course Seminar conducted by the Land Transportation Office (LTO) in Malay, Aklan.

The activity, led by the LTO Aklan District Office, provided participants with training and orientation as part of the requirements for those applying for a driver’s license.

The initiative is part of the LTO’s efforts to bring its services closer to residents in geographically distant areas.

The activity was conducted in coordination with the Malay local government unit, LTO Ibajay District Chief Bam Molo Tabella, the Malay Transportation Office and Assistance (MTRO) headed by Chief Cezaar P. Oczon Jr., and Malay Mayor Frolibar S. Bautista.

The local government also thanked LTO-6 Regional Director Atty. Gaudioso Geduspan II and the LTO-6 Traffic Safety Unit for facilitating the training.

The seminar covered road rules and regulations aimed at improving participants’ knowledge of traffic laws and promoting responsible driving and road safety.IMT
