Iloilo Governor Arthur Defensor Jr. led the inauguration of two major infrastructure projects worth P71 million in the town of Mina.
The newly inaugurated provincial projects include the 1.125-kilometer Farm-to-Market Road in Barangay Janipa-an West.
The P21-million concrete road directly connects agricultural areas while providing reliable access to the municipality’s Solid Waste Management Project site.

The provincial government also opened the P50-million Suage RCDC Bridge located in Barangay Bangac, significantly improving transport links across the town’s river routes.

The two projects were funded entirely by the provincial government and implemented under the supervision of the Office of the Provincial Engineer.
Local officials said the new developments will boost Mina’s economy by helping farmers reach markets and easing daily travel.IMT
