It is still too early to discuss the 2028 elections, as President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. remains focused on addressing national challenges, Malacañang said.
Presidential Communications Office (PCO) Undersecretary Claire Castro said the President is prioritizing urgent issues, including global tensions affecting fuel and commodity prices.
Trabaho muna,” she added.
She said Marcos Jr. is also monitoring the Middle East conflict between the US and Iran, which has affected oil prices and supply.
On Monday, the President led a rice distribution in Roxas City, Capiz, where 500 beneficiaries received 10 kilos of rice each.
He also presided over the mass oath-taking of over 8,000 newly promoted teachers and school heads from Western Visayas under the Expanded Career Progression System.IMT
