The wins highlight the strength and breadth of CLI’s growing portfolio, its continued leadership in VisMin, and its readiness for national expansion as it enters Luzon.

With the national title, CLI will represent the Philippines at the Asia Property Awards, competing alongside leading property developers across Asia.

The PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards is a prestigious annual program recognizing excellence in the country’s property sector and bringing together leading real estate developers, architects, and interior designers. Its 14th edition was held on August 20 at Shangri-La The Fort, Manila.

“When I joined the company 16 years ago, we were just a team of 20 – now, we have a workforce of 1500. It’s been a journey filled with a lot of hard work but definitely defined strongly by the purpose of CLI, which is to treat real estate as a service for our countrymen,” said CLI President and CEO Jose Franco Soberano.

“We will view this recognition not just as an award, but as a responsibility to represent all of us in the industry in the best way possible and set a good example,” he added.

Accepting the most coveted award as Best Developer in the Philippines at the PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards (PPA), CLI President and CEO Franco Soberano highlighted the company’s growth from 20 employees when he joined 16 years ago to a 1,500-strong workforce today. He attributed the journey to hard work and CLI’s purpose of treating real
estate as a service to Filipinos, adding that the recognition carries a responsibility to represent the industry well and set a good example.
