Senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan has urged civil society groups to strengthen grassroots organizing and fight disinformation ahead of the 2028 elections.
He warned that the next presidential race is not just about winning elective posts but about the country’s future.
“This is a struggle and a fight for the soul of our nation,” according to Pangilinan.
The senator said citizens must be reminded that they have the power to shape the country’s direction through unity and participation.
Pangilinan also called on volunteers to continue organizing in barangays and communities, saying, “Let us be fierce in hope. Let us be relentless in organizing.”IMT
